Make outbound and handle inbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

- Identify customer needs and present relevant fintech solutions in a consultative manner.
- Explain features, benefits, and value propositions clearly and confidently.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and conversion metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the system.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer experience.
- Adhere to company policies, compliance guidelines, and industry regulations.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 years of telesales experience (mandatory).
- B2C sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and follow-ups.
