- 47 years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on C#/.NET and ASP.NET Core development.
- Experience developing REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
- Experience with Next.js, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, or comparable frontend technologies.
- Experience developing and deploying applications on Microsoft Azure, including Azure App Service.
- Experience with Docker and containerized application development.
- Solid Git/GitHub experience and understanding of CI/CD.
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, API security, and secure coding.
- Strong debugging,



troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

AI Development

- Integrate applications with Azure OpenAI/OpenAI and Azure AI services.
- Develop AI agents, multi-step workflows, and tool/function calling.
- Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations and enterprise tools.
- Build RAG capabilities using enterprise data, embeddings, vector/hybrid search, grounding, and citations.
- Develop and maintain prompts, agent configurations, and structured AI outputs.
- Participate in AI evaluation for accuracy, groundedness, reliability, latency, and cost.
