Production Experience is a must

Need candidates from automotive or Industrial Equipments, handling Body shop, Bus body or body solution production experience only.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end production operations across Body Shop, Paint Shop and Assembly Lines.
- Achieve production targets while ensuring quality, safety, delivery and cost objectives.
- Drive capacity planning, manpower optimization, productivity improvement and bottleneck resolution.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM, 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor manufacturing costs, budgets, resource utilization and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Manage workforce and contractors to ensure operational efficiency and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with Planning, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering and R&D; for smooth production and current product launches.
- Drive quality improvement, defect reduction, rework control and customer complaint resolution.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and statutory requirements.
- Lead performance reviews, team development and operational excellence initiatives.
