Vision Rx Lab is looking for enthusiastic, responsible, and customer-focused candidates to join our team as Customer Support & Back-End Operations Executives.
Job Responsibilities
Customer Support
- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Provide order status updates and delivery information to customers.
- Respond to customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned departments for resolution.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending orders and service requests.
- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Back-End Operations
- Enter and process customer orders accurately in the system.
- Verify order details, prescriptions, and other relevant information as per company procedures.
- Coordinate with production, laboratory, sales, and dispatch teams.
- Track orders from receipt to completion and delivery.
- Maintain customer records, invoices, order details, and daily reports.
- Ensure timely processing of orders and proper documentation.
- Support daily office operations and other administrative activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification:
Plus Two or Graduation preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and Excel.
- Good typing skills and attention to detail.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in customer support, back-office operations, optical labs, or order processing will be an added advantage.
