- Strong hands-on domain knowledge on following areas
- Complete E2E trade life cycle with detailed focus on Settlements & Clearing functions
- Complete E2E Corporate Action lifecycle management and associated functions including income collection
- Complete E2E tax processing including dynamics of withholding tax calculations, tax refund, tax relief at
source and supporting documentation workflow front to back
- Strong hands-on knowledge on various predominant messaging standards in BFSI industry governed by ISO and
SWIFT e.g.
- ISO 20022, ISO 15022, CREST standards and DTCC standards (essential skill)
- Robust hands-on understanding of complete reference & static data (client and instrument data) for a large / medium
size investment bank need
Industry Experience(must-have)
- Relevant hands-on working experience of 8-15 years in any investment banking capital markets industry
- Should have hands-on working experience with leading investment banks or tier-1 vendor organizations
Analytical Experience (must-have)
- Excellent analytical skills; should be able to engage with change/business/OPS senior stakeholders from clients org
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills; should be able to create business process mapping document;
functional solution documents and own the acceptance/signoff process from E2E.
- Excellent team player; collaborate with other members in product analysis and management teams
- Excellent communication skills; should have excellent hearing, speaking and articulation skills.
- Understand the overall landscape of developing a next-generation post-trade processing and shared services.
- Work with various groups (client, up streams, down streams, ontology, architecture...etc) to document the current state,
perform gap analysis, and develop future state strategy using tools like JIRA.
- Work with various stakeholders to support integration, conversion, UAT testing, Go-Live, and post Go- Live Co-
Ordination including Impact/BPS/Gloss either conversation or support/Maintenance capacity.
Product Mindset (added advantage)
- Relevant working experience of 8-15 years in leading financial flagship products like IMSecurities, Broadridge
financial solutions, Xceptor tax solutions etc.
- Complete product analysis and development mindset; ability to work in a product led services organization;
- Ability to contribute to defining developing & discussing the product roadmap with varied vested-interest stakeholders
Tooling (must-have)
- Hands on experience on leading toolkit for a PO and Sr Business analysts like: -
Atlassian Confluence, JIRA
MS Copilot for Agentic AI (and likes), MS Office
MS SQL (Basic), Power BI (Nice-to-have)
