We are Hiring for Mechanical Designer - with Mechanical Automation Components -Sriperumbadur Chennai

- To be capable of developing Mechanical designs using 2D and 3D CAD tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Inventor.

- To study and understand designs from German & Slovakian OEMs, attend design reviews with German & Slovakian colleagues.

- Need to perform design iterations based on guidelines from German & Slovakian colleagues and to add value to refine mechanical systems and components.

- Preparation of BOMs based on received design.

- To understand assembly instructions in accordance with German & Slovakian OEMs

- To involve in prototyping and validation of mechanical Automation components and assemblies

- To convert material specifications from DIN (German) to IS (Indian)



standards to ensure application in any assembly.

- Replace non-standard tubular sections with standard Indian profiles to ensure local availability compliance.

- Visit and coordinate with vendors to resolve in office manufacturing challenges and ensure design intent and quality are maintained. • Generate in-house inspection reports & manage necessary engineering documentation

- To coordinate with manufacturing & procurement Teams for achieving operational goals.
