We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Demand Management Lead to drive implementation, demand planning, and forecasting solutions for a leading automotive client.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

- Hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud Demand Management implementation experience, with at least one full-cycle implementation in a lead role.
- Strong expertise in statistical forecasting, demand segmentation, and forecast accuracy analysis.
- Experience in automotive or discrete manufacturing supply chains.
- Lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.




- Design forecasting processes for vehicles, spare parts, seasonality, promotions, and product lifecycles.
- Manage integrations with ERP, sales, inventory, and supply planning systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful implementation.

Valuable to Have

- Oracle Fusion Supply Planning and S&OP; experience.
- Automotive aftermarket demand planning.
- Release management, OEM EDI forecast release, production scheduling, and execution processes.
