Inviting applications for the role of FP&A; -Senior Manager

Work location: Noida

Shift: Candidates must be willing to work 5 days from the office, with a 6:00 AM IST shift start

Seeking a strategic Senior FP&A; Leader to direct corporate financial strategy and drive long-term value creation. In this high-impact, executive-facing role, you will oversee end-to-end enterprise financial planning, strategic capital allocation, and multi-year corporate forecasting models. The ideal candidate possesses deep mastery of financial frameworks, enterprise performance management (EPM) systems, and dynamic scenario planning. You must demonstrate a proven ability to lead and mentor high-performing finance teams, drive digital transformation in finance processes, and sharpen organizational reporting

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to FP&A; domain.

- Overall FP&A; Process Leadership: Lead end-to-end execution of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), dynamic forecasting schedules, and strategic long-term financial planning calendars.
- Strategic Modeling & Executive Insights: Develop long-range financial plans, advanced scenario models, and high-level management decks for C-suite and regional executive leadership.
- Planning Model & System Optimization: Drive FP&A; transformation initiatives, including planning model optimization, report rationalization, and alignment with new ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion rollout).




- Stakeholder Management & Regional Governance: Serve as the primary FP&A; liaison for regional business leads and corporate finance; maintain process governance, controls, and RACI enforcement.
- Annual Operating Planning & Forecast Management: Lead annual operating plans and periodic forecasts through budget assumption alignment, expense planning, cost-Centre management, and financial model governance.
- Management & Performance Reporting-Drive standard, ad-hoc and JV partner reporting to deliver timely performance insights and support management decision-making.
- Business Partnering & financial Support: - Partner with stakeholders on results and KPI reporting, financial master-data governance, and treasury support including cash-flow forecasting.
- Advanced Analytics & Responsible AI Management: Oversee automated analytics models, Power BI strategies, and ensure proper governance/human-in-the-loop controls over automated FP&A; tools.
- Service Delivery & Continuous Improvement: Monitor overall tower performance against SLAs/KPIs, lead process standardizations across all regions, and oversee transition, cutover, and steady-state optimization activities.
- Integrated Planning Drive cross-functional collaboration between finance, operations, and business units to create integrated financial plans that support strategic decision-making.
- Problem Solving & Issue Resolution Provide analytical insight, investigate root causes of accounting discrepancies, and implement sustainable corrective actions.
- Capability Building – Manage and mentor the FPnA team, fostering a culture of ownership, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
- Dynamic environment – exhibit proactive and learning skills that are flexible and adaptable to a changing business dynamic, develop knowledge and support adhoc queries.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

- CA/CPA/MBA/or Equivalent with proven experience in Finance

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

- 15+ years of prior experience in FP&A; / Finance Managed Services supporting healthcare clients, with an understanding of healthcare industry financial and operational dynamics, is preferred.




- Leads with healthcare domain experience in FP&A;, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, management reporting, and performance management.
- Demonstrates strong business partnering and stakeholder management capabilities to drive financial insights and informed decision-making.
- Strong people leadership skills with proven experience leading and developing teams of 10+ members.
- Good Interpersonal & executive presence Skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication
- Strong quantitative and analytical aptitude
- Proficiency in FP&A; reporting and forecasting tools, and Excel/ PowerPoint
- Robust understanding of ERP and finance platforms including SAP, Oracle and Sun Systems, with exposure to EPSi, Tagetik, Power BI, and Coupa will be an added advantage.
- Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong influencing & negotiating skills.
- Strong contextual knowledge with sound data literacy.
