Job Description: AWS DevOps Engineer Kubernetes

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AWS DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD automation, and programming in Python, Go, or Java. The candidate will be responsible for automating deployments, managing cloud infrastructure, and ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS.
- Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot containerized applications using Kubernetes.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated application builds and deployments.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
- Develop automation scripts using Python, Go, or Java.
- Monitor application performance, system availability, and infrastructure health.
- Implement logging, monitoring, security, and alerting solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.




- Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to improve deployment processes.
- Follow DevOps best practices for scalability, reliability, and security.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong experience with AWS services.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Programming or scripting experience in Python, Go, or Java.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
- Good knowledge of Linux/Unix systems, Git, and networking fundamentals.
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting production environments.

Valuable to Have

- Experience with Helm and Kubernetes deployment strategies.
- Knowledge of AWS EKS.
- Experience with Ansible or other configuration management tools.
- Understanding of microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of cloud security, IAM, and secrets management.
