GyroHR is hiring for Finance in a Box (FIAB) for a senior Sales & Revenue Operations skilled who can bring structure, visibility and predictability to the organisation’s commercial and revenue operations.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited for someone who has worked for or extensively with US-based companies, preferably within software product, SaaS or technology businesses, and is comfortable partnering with founders, CXOs and senior stakeholders across

geographies.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and strengthen the overall Sales & Revenue Operations framework, covering leads, opportunities, pipeline, bookings, conversion and revenue tracking.
- Partner closely with US-based leadership and sales teams to improve pipeline governance, forecasting accuracy and revenue visibility.
- Drive effective utilisation of Salesforce CRM, including data accuracy, dashboards, reporting and process discipline.
- Establish and track key commercial metrics such as pipeline coverage, win rates, conversion rates, sales cycles, bookings and revenue performance.
- Run regular pipeline, forecast and business reviews with senior stakeholders.
- Support annual and quarterly revenue planning, target setting and sales performance tracking.
- Analyse sales performance and identify gaps, risks, bottlenecks and opportunities to improve conversion.
- Build leadership dashboards and reports covering pipeline, bookings, revenue and sales productivity.
- Support account planning,



opportunity prioritisation and deal progression.
- Partner with teams on proposals, pricing, contracting, renewals and expansion opportunities.
- Work closely with finance and delivery teams to align bookings, delivery commitments and revenue recognition.
- Improve sales processes, governance, operating rhythms and tools as the organisation scales.
- Support senior leadership with commercial analysis and data-driven decision-making.

What We Are Looking For

- 12+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations or Commercial Operations.
- Strong experience working for or with US-based companies and stakeholders.
- Prior experience in a software product, SaaS or technology organisation.
- MBA is mandatory.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, pipeline management, forecasting and revenue operations.
- Experience managing multiple cross-functional and senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, reporting and dashboarding capabilities.
- Excellent Excel/spreadsheet skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial workplace.
- Comfortable working primarily in US Eastern Time (EST/EDT).

The ideal candidate has managed Sales or Revenue Operations within a high-growth software or SaaS organisation, has strong exposure to the US market and understands how to build a disciplined and scalable revenue engine.

The person should be equally comfortable challenging forecasts, analysing sales funnels, managing Salesforce, building leadership dashboards and working directly with senior commercial leaders to drive outcomes.
