Roles and Responsibilities

- Plan production activities to meet customer requirements and company objectives.

- Oversee daily shop floor operations, ensuring effective use of resources and meeting quality standards.

- Develop and implement effective production planning strategies to minimize delays and maximize productivity.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental policies, and industry standards on the plant premises.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Strong understanding of Manufacturing, Production Planning, Plant Operations, Shop Floor Controls & Quality Assurance principles.

- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.

- Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate team members towards achieving common goals.
