Matera Modular is looking for a confident and well-connected Business Development Manager to develop business through architects, interior designers, design studios, and interior contracting firms. The candidate will be responsible for building skilled relationships, generating qualified leads, and promoting premium modular kitchen, wardrobe, furniture, and interior solutions. b2b is prefered

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, interior design firms, and contractors.
- Schedule and conduct regular meetings with architects and interior designers to generate business opportunities.
- Promote the company's modular kitchens, wardrobes, customized furniture, and other interior solutions.
- Identify new projects and develop a strong network of potential clients and business partners.
- Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into confirmed orders.
- Coordinate with the design and technical teams to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms,



and support sales closures.
- Track project progress and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client communication.
- Maintain a database of architects, designers, prospects, and ongoing projects.
- Achieve monthly business development and sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience in business development, B2B sales, or client relationship management.
- Experience dealing with architects, interior designers, contractors, or the modular furniture industry will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Ability to arrange client meetings and develop long-term business relationships.
- Knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, or interior solutions will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated, professional, and target-oriented.
