Roles and Responsibilities

- Plan and execute production activities to meet customer requirements on time.

- Ensure efficient manpower handling, including training and development of team members.

- Implement EMS (Environmental Management System) guidelines to minimize environmental impact.

- Oversee plant operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality control measures.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for effective communication and collaboration.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-6 years of experience in Production Engineering or related field.

- Robust understanding of electronics components manufacturing processes.

- Proficiency in SMT (Surface Mount Technology) assembly line management.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to analyze data for process improvements.
