Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Core Java & Spring Boot Developer with 3.1 to 4 years of experience in developing, maintaining, and optimizing scalable backend applications. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and database technologies, preferably PostgreSQL. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and AWS will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance backend applications using Core Java and Spring Boot.
- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and Microservices.
- Write clean, reusable, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Work with PostgreSQL or other relational databases for data storage and retrieval.
- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, unit testing, and performance optimization.
- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development workplace.
- Contribute to application deployment and maintenance activities.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines and cloud technologies such as AWS, wherever required.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Core Java.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot.
- Good understanding of Microservices architecture.
- Experience working with REST APIs.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL or any relational database.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.
- Experience with Git or other version control tools.
- Knowledge of debugging, unit testing, and application performance tuning.
Good to Have
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines.
- Basic knowledge of AWS cloud services.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
