- Sample Registration: Register incoming samples accurately in the system. TRF Preparation (Test Request Form):
- Prepare and process Test Request Forms (TRFs) based on client and testing requirements.
- Report Follow-up: Coordinate with the technical team to track the status of test reports and ensure timely delivery to clients.
- Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients regarding report timelines, documentation, and general queries.
- Monthly Invoicing: Prepare and share monthly invoices with clients based on completed testing services.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of samples, TRFs, reports, and invoicing for audit and tracking purposes.
