Key Responsibilities:

- regarding demand, pricing, competitors, imports, and industry
- developments.
- • Coordinate with Production and Logistics teams for timely execution of customer orders.
- • Track order status from receipt of PO until final delivery.
- • Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, and other
- concerned departments for customer requirements.
- • Ensure customer commitments are properly communicated to the concerned internal teams.
- • Follow up internally until the customer requirement/order is completed.
- • Escalate significant customer, production, quality, logistics, or payment issues to the reporting
- manager.
- • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS.
- • Coordinate closely with the Logistics/Dispatch team for planning and execution of customer
- deliveries.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline, preferably B.Com, BBA, B.Sc., or equivalent.

Candidates with experience in Chemical / Pharmaceutical / Specialty Chemicals / Manufacturing / Industrial Sales will be preferred.

Experience

5-7 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Marketing, Logistics Coordination,

Customer Service, Commercial, or a similar role.

Freshers with good communication and Excel skills may also be considered.
