Position Summary

Seeking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation and delivery of the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform as part of the company's enterprise Day 2 Transformation Program.

This role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving all aspects of the implementation, including business process design, requirements management, data migration, integrations, testing, training, deployment, and adoption. The successful candidate will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, implementation partners, and the vendor team, ensuring successful delivery of capabilities that support distributor, reseller, service partner, and contract management processes.

The position requires a highly organized project leader who can operate effectively across business and technology teams while managing multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and complex program dependencies.

Education

- Bachelors degree in business administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.

Experience

- 7+ years of project or program management experience delivering enterprise technology initiatives.
- Proven experience leading SaaS, CRM, PRM, ERP, or commercial platform implementations.
- Experience managing external vendors,



system integrators, and cross-functional project teams.
- Experience leading business process transformation initiatives.
- Experience managing global stakeholders across multiple regions and time zones.
- Strong knowledge of project governance, risk management, and delivery methodologies.

Technical and Skilled Skills

- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Strong executive stakeholder management capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience leading requirements gathering, testing, and deployment activities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience implementing Zenfi, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Oracle, SAP, or similar commercial platforms.
- Experience with partner relationship management, distributor management, channel management, or contract management solutions.
- Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, or business separation programs.
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, life sciences, or regulated industries.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
