Honeybee Tech Solutions is hiring an experienced Application Support Engineer L1 for a reputed client.

Job Description

Must-Have Skills:

- Life Insurance Domain Experience Mandatory
- Application Support L1
- Robust knowledge of PL/SQL
- Experience with PostgreSQL Database
- Hands-on experience with Postman API testing and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and incident management
- Python – Good to have (Not Mandatory)

Interview Process

- 1st Technical Round: Face-to-Face (F2F) Only
- 2nd Technical Round: Face-to-Face (F2F) Only

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L1 application support and troubleshoot production issues.
- Monitor applications, identify issues, and coordinate with relevant technical teams for resolution.




- Write and execute SQL/PLSQL queries to investigate database-related issues.
- Work with PostgreSQL databases for data validation and troubleshooting.
- Use Postman to test APIs and troubleshoot API-related issues.
- Follow ITIL processes for incident, problem, and service request management.
- Maintain incident records and ensure timely resolution of support tickets.
- Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve technical issues.

Important: Candidates must have prior experience in the Life Insurance domain. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
