Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HRBP to partner with business and operations teams to drive HR initiatives, employee engagement, performance management, and workforce effectiveness within a BPO environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Act as an HR Business Partner for operations teams and support business leaders in HR-related matters

* Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution

* Drive performance management processes including goal setting, feedback, and improvement plans





* Work closely with operations to manage attrition, engagement, and retention strategies

* Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with company guidelines

* Support talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives

* Conduct employee engagement activities and organizational development initiatives

* Analyse HR metrics such as attrition, absenteeism, and productivity trends

* Partner with recruitment teams for workforce planning and hiring requirements

* Ensure smooth execution of HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and documentation

Preferred Candidate Profile

* MBA / PGDM in HR or related field preferred

* 1 to 3 years of HRBP experience in BPO industry (Mandatory)

* Strong experience in employee relations and stakeholder management

* Exposure to performance management and HR analytics

* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

* Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools
