- 5-10 years of experience in IPDRG/CCS/IP DRG/DGRG/CIC/COC certification or equivalent experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in Inpatient Coding department.
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT, HCPCS Level II codes; ability to apply this knowledge effectively in daily work.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) with ability to lead cross-functional teams; robust leadership skills required.
