A big part of the role of a designer at Reelo is to be a visionary, visualising and reinventing the future of customer engagement. We're looking for a highly creative and passionate Product Designer to join our core team for the next phase of growth. As a designer on our team, you will have the freedom to use your creative thinking while engaging in early stage research and ideation, and then supporting implementation and iteration.

You'll be responsible for producing end-to-end, holistic user experiences and engineering ready design deliverables, maintaining a high-bar of quality, structure that ensures ease-of-understanding, learnability and discoverability with users.



You'll be an integral part of our Product team to build delightful experiences for our customers with high impact.

Responsibilities

- You'll understand customer needs and product priorities, and transform that understanding into user-centered design concepts, products, interfaces and platforms for mobile and web.
- Design end to end experiences that help remove friction and unlock potential for Reelo users.
- Spend time talking to customers, understanding their problems, and validating that your solutions solve a real problem for them. Become an expert on Reelo's customers and their needs.
- Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to develop hypotheses and design experiments that help users feel incredible with Reelo.
- Work with engineers to own shipping high quality, delightful solutions to our customers
- Create momentum for the product team to be able to ship ideas at fast pace and use AI tools to iterate faster.

- You are a designer that is constantly inspired, engaging those around you through your passion and drive for what you do.

- A great attitude to constructive criticism, and an eagerness to learn;
- Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas clearly and confidently.
- You appreciate big picture thinking. While details are everything, creating an experience that always keeps our users in mind is equally as important.
- You understand and empathize with our customers. You proactively watch user sessions, understand the product and design side of things, and truly get what we solve for with every feature / enhancement. You have a strong product intuition with a customer-first mindset, able to translate business needs into design solutions.
- You are a problem solver that s excited by a challenge. You enjoy sitting in a room and whiteboarding ideas to confidently come up with simple, elegant solutions that everyone can move forward with.
- You are an empathetic user advocate that values the backing of research and data analysis when it comes to designing modern solutions.
- While we won't be taking any blood samples, we'd love to see some Startup DNA - you will need to be flexible, pragmatic, strategic, tenacious, and take ownership of deliverables and outcomes - ya gotta have hustle!
