- Support technical consultations and provide guidance to engagement teams on audit and accounting matters.
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement quality and consistency. .
- Assist in developing and updating technical guidance, engagement-related templates, methodologies, and quality manuals.
- Monitor changes in qualified standards, UAE regulations, and accounting developments, and support their implementation across the firm.
- Support internal inspections, quality monitoring activities, and regulatory readiness.
- Coordinate technical training sessions and contribute to the professional development of engagement teams.
- Work closely with engagement teams across the UAE practice to strengthen engagement quality and compliance.
