The Design Head is responsible for leading and managing the entire design function for water, Railway, Metro, Roads projects, ensuring all designs meet project goals, specifications, and timelines. This role involves strategic leadership, quality assurance, coordination with stakeholders, and overseeing the integration of multidisciplinary designs into successful project execution.
Key Focus/Must haves with the below exposure are critical for the role.
- Design of dam/Spillway/Barrages, Reservoirs, Canals, Tunnels, Water retaining Structures,
- Design structures in desalination treatment plants
- Flood Mitigation plans
- Exposure to value engineering and costing.
