Responsibilities

- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to write job descriptions, screen CVs and prepare interview questions.
- Plan onboarding and training for current sales hires with the sales lead.
- Track hiring metrics, joining rates and early attrition, and improve the process.
- Handle attendance, leave, payroll inputs, employee records and HR policies.
- Support recruitment for other roles such as digital marketing, design and development.

Requirements

- 2 years of HR experience, with hands-on recruitment for sales or business development roles.
- Strong network and experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Good judgement of sales talent: communication, drive and target orientation.
- Comfortable using AI tools for recruitment and HR tasks.
- Working knowledge of HR operations, payroll inputs and labour basics.
- Excellent communication in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
- MBA or degree in HR or a related field preferred.
