Key Responsibilities

* Handle month-end/year-end closing, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

* Solid knowledge of US GAAP and Ind AS.

* Work on technical accounting areas including ASC 606, ASC 805, and ASC 350.

* Prepare consolidated financial statements and intercompany reconciliations.

* Coordinate with external auditors and provide required documentation.

* Perform financial analysis, variance analysis, KPI reporting, and management reporting.

* Knowledge of business valuation, WACC, Ke, Kd, Beta, Rf, and Rm.

* Support process improvements, M&A;, financial due diligence, and special projects.
