Purpose of the Role

Responsible for Process Equipment & offline equipment Maintenance

Key Responsibility Areas

Technical /Functional

1. Electrical & Mechanical Problem-solving during breakdowns.
2. Hands on experience with PLC ( OMRON, Siemens, Rockwell ) programming and associated hardware, connected equipment and other control systems.
3. Hands on experience in Vision Systems & Image processing.
4. Experience in in Conveyors, Stacker cranes ,AGV,Vision system, precision Dozing, Robotics (Articulated), Fluid Pumping, injectors. .
5. Preventive Maintenance (PM), Predictive Maintenance (PDM), analysis and Corrective actions.
6. Fixing Abnormalities by data driven approach.

Knowledge Generic

Mandatory Desired: Diploma in (Electrical /Electronics / Instrumentation/Mechatronics)

Mandatory Desired: 2 years to 3 years in Lithium-ion cell manufacturing industry, Bottling plants, warehouse automations .

Suitable / Optional: similar industry Automation process) handled with 2-3 years of experience in Conveyors,



Stacker cranes ,AGV,Vision system, precision Dozing, Robotics (Articulated), Fluid Pumping, injectors.

1. Spares Management: Critical Spare inventory verification, Quick retrieval of spares.
2. Identification of Bottleneck or Constraint machines.
3. Identify Backup, Bypass, Quick changeover (BBQ) opportunities.
4. Preparation of programing devices with backups for quick Availability during breakdown.
5. Achieving MTTR, MTBF, Availability Targets and Maintenance CPU.
6. Suggest & Implement Continuous Improvement ideas.
7. Assist for In-House Repair of Electrical and Mechanical spares.
