About the Role We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our social media initiatives across multiple platforms. The role demands a mix of creativity, data-driven decision making, and leadership to enhance our brand presence, engage audiences, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.

• Plan and oversee content calendars across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

• Collaborate with content writers, graphic designers, and video editors to create engaging posts, stories, and campaigns.

• Closely work with Digital Marketing Manager and manage paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.

• Monitor performance using analytics tools; optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversions.

• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and competitor activities. • Engage with followers, respond to queries, and maintain brand voice. • Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign alignment.





• Prepare monthly reports on social media performance and ROI.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or related field.

• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.

• Knowledge of graphic editing tools (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar) to create and optimize social media creatives.

• Strong understanding of different social media platforms and their best practices.

• Hands-on experience with paid campaigns and social media analytics tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Creative mindset with solid visual sense.

• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Good to Have

• Experience in real estate marketing or handling multiple brand accounts.
