Job Description

We are hiring for the position of Key Account Manager (KAM) Outbound Voice Customer Service.

The role involves managing a portfolio of onboarded sellers, driving seller activation and business growth, supporting catalog management, monitoring account performance, and maintaining strong seller relationships.

Location: Kolkata
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Employment Type: Contractual 6 Months
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Week Off: Sunday Fixed
Shift: Fixed General Shift | 9 Hours
Salary: 20,000 CTC | 18,000 Take-Home
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and build strong relationships with a portfolio of onboarded sellers.
- Conduct outbound voice interactions with sellers and provide effective support.
- Ensure seller activation, catalog listing, quality approval and go-live completion.
- Identify opportunities to improve seller sales, revenue and overall business performance.
- Guide sellers on catalog quality, pricing, product assortment and listing best practices.
- Monitor account performance and identify underperforming accounts.
- Resolve seller issues by coordinating with internal teams such as Business Development, Cataloging, Quality and Support.




- Track seller engagement, activation, sales and retention metrics.
- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Drive corrective actions and improvement plans to improve seller performance.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 9 months of experience in Outbound Voice Customer Service / Outbound Calling.
- Good communication skills in Hindi.
- Average/working-level English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
- Comfortable handling outbound calls and seller/customer interactions.
- Ability to understand and resolve operational issues.
- Valuable problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Candidates must be graduates. The provided JD specifically states graduates only.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Candidates willing to work 6 days from office in Kolkata.
