We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive with 2 - 6 years of experience in the retail industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
- Achieve individual sales targets.
- Handle billing, POS operations, and cash transactions accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate regarding stock with supplier
- Address customer queries, complaints, and escalations effectively.
- Promote ongoing offers, loyalty programs, and recent product launches.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs,
and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Prepare daily sales reports and maintain customer records where required.
- Support sales operations and in promotional events.

2 - 6 years of relevant experience in retail sales.
Candidates from apparel, footwear, electronics, lifestyle, FMCG, jewelry, supermarket, or consumer durable retail sectors will be preferred.
