We are looking for an Application Engineer with strong knowledge of CAD (2d/3d cad software, AutoCAD / similar products) to join our technical team. The ideal candidate should have a background in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field and be comfortable interacting with customers, understanding their requirements, and demonstrating software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct AutoCAD software demonstrations for customers and prospects.
- Visit clients for product demonstrations, technical discussions, training, and requirement gathering.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Provide pre-sales technical support to the sales team.
- Conduct product training and knowledge sessions for customers.
- Assist customers with technical queries, troubleshooting, and software-related issues.
- Create practical workflows and use cases based on customer requirements.
- Conduct workshops and presentations for architects, interior designers, consultants, and other professionals.
- Coordinate with the sales team to support customer meetings and business opportunities.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in CAD and design technology.

What We're Looking For

- Strong hands-on knowledge of AutoCAD or similar products.
- Good understanding of 2D drafting, drawings, layouts, blocks, layers, annotation, and documentation.




- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts clearly.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable interacting with customers and conducting software demonstrations.
- Strong problem-solving and learning attitude.
- 1-4 years of relevant experience preferred.

Preferred Candidate Background

Candidates from the following backgrounds will be preferred:

- Interior Designer / Interior Design
- Architect / Architecture
- Architectural drafting
- Interior execution / design
- CAD draftin
- Design consultancy
- CAD Training

Revit Knowledge Added Advantage

- Working knowledge of Revit will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with exposure to both AutoCAD (similar CAD) + Revit will be preferred.
- Basic understanding of BIM concepts is a plus.
