Job Description: Executive Accounts / Site Accountant Experience: 2 to 3 Years Industry: Construction / Infrastructure / EPC Location: Project Site Employment Type: Full time Role Summary The Executive Accounts / Site Accountant will be responsible for handling site-level accounting activities including invoice verification, petty cash management, payments processing, and basic statutory compliance. The role requires sound accounting knowledge and coordination with the Head Office Accounts team. Key Responsibilities Site Accounting • Maintain day-to-day site accounting transactions • Record site expenses related to materials, vendors, subcontractors, and operations • Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents Invoice Verification & Payments • Verify vendor and subcontractor invoices against PO, GRN, and site records • Process approved invoices for payment as per company procedures • Coordinate with HO Accounts for payment releases Petty Cash Management • Maintain site petty cash, vouchers,



and daily cash book • Ensure proper authorization and documentation for all cash payments • Reconcile petty cash balances periodically Statutory Compliance (Basic) • Support basic compliance activities related to GST and TDS • Ensure proper documentation for tax-related deductions • Coordinate with HO Accounts for returns and filings Accounting & Reporting • Ensure correct accounting entries in Tally / ERP systems • Assist in preparation of site-level MIS and expense statements • Support internal audits and verification activities Qualification & Experience • B.Com / M.Com preferred (or equivalent commerce qualification) • 2 to 3 years of experience in Site Accounting / Executive Accounts role Required Skill Set • Invoice verification • Site accounting • Basic knowledge of TDS & GST • Petty cash and payments handling • Strong accounting fundamentals • Working knowledge of Tally / ERP and MS Excel
