Job Title: Financial Analyst Saarthi Airways

Job Description

Saarthi Airways is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to manage financial planning, analysis and reporting, alongside end-to-end finance operations. The role will focus 60% on financial analysis and 40% on operational finance.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Analysis (60%)

- Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, cash-flow projections and variance analyses.
- Analyse revenue, costs, profitability and financial performance to support management decisions.
- Develop financial models, MIS reports, dashboards and management presentations.
- Monitor working capital, receivables, payables and cost optimisation opportunities.
- Support business planning, financial risk assessment and investment decisions.

Finance Operations (40%)

- Manage accounting, bookkeeping, invoicing, vendor payments and bank reconciliations.
- Oversee accounts payable,



accounts receivable and cash management.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants and banks.
- Maintain accurate financial records, internal controls and documentation.
- Support monthly and annual financial closures.

Desired Candidate Profile

CA Inter, CMA Inter, MBA Finance or M.Com with 3–6 years of relevant experience. Robust analytical, accounting, Excel and financial modelling skills are essential. Experience in aviation or aviation services will be preferred. The candidate should demonstrate ownership, accuracy, integrity and the ability to independently manage finance operations while delivering actionable financial insights to management.
