Eligibility

*Graduate:*

* 112 years of BPO Voice experience

*HSC:*

* 18 months10 years of BPO Voice experience

*Important:* Freshers are *not eligible* for this prospect.

Job Responsibilities

* Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.

* Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.

* Achieve process targets such as *SLA, KPI, AHT and RSAT*.

* Follow process guidelines and maintain quality standards.

* Implement feedback and process updates effectively.

* Maintain professional communication while handling customer interactions.

Required Skills





* Excellent English communication skills.

* Prior BPO Voice experience is mandatory.

* International Voice experience is preferred.

* Positive attitude and good team-player skills.

* Comfortable working in rotational and night shifts.

* Flexible to work on weekends as per business requirements.

Shift Details

* Rotational / Night Shifts

* 9-hour shift

* 6 days working

* Weekends may be required as per business requirements
