Ripple Links is looking for a Senior Manager - Influencer Marketing to join its fast-paced influencer marketing team and work closely with brands, creators and talent managers to execute impactful influencer campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand brand briefs and translate them into influencer requirements.
- Communicate and build relationships with influencers, creators and talent managers .
- Build client-ready influencer lists based on campaign objectives.
- Identify, curate and connect with relevant creators.
- Negotiate with creators and influencers on campaign requirements.
- Create and manage end-to-end campaign workflows .
- Coordinate campaign execution and ensure timely delivery.
- Review comments and posts and ensure timely responses/actions.
- Manage client expectations and campaign deliverables.

Desired Skills Experience

- 5+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing / Creator Marketing .
- Robust experience managing influencer marketing campaigns.




- Exposure to the Social Media Digital Marketing ecosystem.
- Experience in client servicing .
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Strong understanding of creators, influencers and current social-media trends.
- Ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple campaigns.
- Agile, creative and adaptable approach.
