Key Roles & Responsibilities:
• Invoice Processing Verify and process vendor invoices in ERP by matching with purchase orders,agreements, and necessary approvals.
• Vendor Management Handle the complete vendor lifecycle including verification, maintaining master data,performing reconciliations, and resolving discrepancies/payment issues
• Reconciliations Conduct periodic reconciliations such as gift vouchers (issued vs. redeemed), petty cash, GST-2B vs. input credits in books, and 26AS vs. TDS receivables as per books.
• Compliance & Audit Support Ensure AP processes comply with internal policies and statutory requirements; provide timely documentation and support for internal and external audits
• Reporting & Analysis Prepare and maintain AP ageing reports, vendor balance statements,
and reconciliation reports to support management decision-making
Requirements
• Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance or related field
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable; prior exposure in real estate/property management companies is highly preferred
• Software Proficiency: Yardi (mandatory), MS Office with strong skills in Excel
• Knowledge & Skills:
Solid understanding of invoice processing, GST, TDS, and core accounting principles
Solid attention to detail and accuracy in work
Good communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and internal coordination
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet strict deadlines
