Position - DRM Automation - Technical Business Analyst

Reports to - Deputy Vice President

Location- Thane

Company- Leading Health Insurance Company

Preference will be given to candidates holding a degree in medicine, surgery, dentistry, or equivalent healthcare disciplines (such as MBBS, BDS, or similar medical qualifications).

Role Overview

Job Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to bring in process improvements through updating technology solutions IT, Digital and communications, driving automation and implementing AI solutions for processes both inhouse and partner process.

Liaison with IT and Digital team to identify and implement solutions to improve process effectiveness Through automation, improve customer experience, delivering better outcomes with resource optimization.

1. Design and get the vendor to deliver the coaching platform, to drive effective prioritization of interventions, allowing better productivity and resource optimization.

2. Ensure partner intervention data is available on the platform through reverse data flow

3. Enhance efficiency through omnichannel communication design journeys for digital nudges and follow up so that coach bandwidth is optimized.

4. Design and deliver digital journeys for disease management that augment coach interventions or support digital only interventions

5. Launch digital journeys for newer conditions and scale up sign ins and uptake

6.



AI/ Digital journeys for infectious disease and readmission prevention

7. Market mapping for current health tech solutions and identification and implementation of relevant solutions

Key Result Areas & Supporting Actions:

Internal Team- Process enhancement

1. Monitor and analyse current healthcare trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments. 2. Implement quality improvement methodologies and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of healthcare programs and digital health interventions. 3. Develop and refine clinical protocols, workflows, and best practices to optimize customer engagement and operational efficiency.

Enhancing Process and outcomes through tech and AI solutions

1. Utilize expertise to evaluate tech and digital solutions, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance process and outcomes with process optimization.2. Serve as a subject matter expert on health tech digital solutions, market mapping and newer tech-based solutions.

Project Management & Execution for health tech implementation

1. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project completion within established parameters.

2. Monitor project progress, identify risks and barriers, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project objectives are met3. Prepare and present regular reports to senior leadership, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
