Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Salon Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the salon, manage staff, drive sales, maintain service quality, and ensure an excellent client experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily salon operations, opening/closing, appointments, and staff schedules.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise hairstylists, beauticians, therapists, receptionists, and support staff.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and salon hygiene.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
- Monitor daily sales, revenue, expenses, and overall salon performance.
- Drive retail product sales, memberships, packages, and repeat bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, product usage, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure staff follow salon SOPs, grooming standards, and service protocols.
- Conduct staff training, performance reviews, and regular team meetings.
- Maintain accurate records for sales,



attendance, inventory, and customer information.
- Support marketing activities, promotions, events, and client retention initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards.

Requirements

- 25+ years of experience in salon, spa, beauty, hospitality, or retail management.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Good understanding of salon services, products, and retail sales.
- Target-oriented with strong business and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable handling billing, reports, inventory, and basic computer applications.
- Well-groomed, skilled, and customer-focused.
