IBS is looking for senior accountant at Mumbai office:

- Day to Day accounting: day to day data entry and accounting with Taxation compliances of TDS and GST.
- Monthly closing : Own the month-end and year-end close processes, including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and follow up for outstanding.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, profit-and-loss reports, and variance analyses for senior management.
- Process Improvement: Review current financial procedures and recommend system or workflow optimizations to increase efficiency.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Education: Semi Qualified CA and Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (Masters or MBA is a plus).
- Experience: Minimum of 4 to 6 years of progressive accounting or finance experience.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and hands-on experience with ERP/accounting software (e.g., TALLY ERP, QuickBooks, XERO).
