Role Overview
We are looking for a MongoDB Database Administrator to manage, scale, and optimize enterprise MongoDB databases. You will be responsible for cluster health, high availability, performance tuning, and production support.
Key Requirements
- Education: B.E / B.Tech or BCA with MCA
- Core Skills: MongoDB Administration, Replica Sets, and Sharding.
- Operations: Performance tuning, query optimization, indexing, and backup/disaster recovery.
- Security & Automation: Database security, role-based access control, and Shell/Python scripting.
- Positive-to-Have: MongoDB Atlas, AWS/Azure cloud deployments, and automation tools (Ansible).
