Hiring - "Sr. Accountant" for a renowned Real Estate Developer based in Taloja

Location - Taloja (HO)

Roles: Sr. Accountant

Experience: Should have 5+ years experience in Accounts with a Real Estate with a Developer or CA firm. Candidate currently working as senior Accountant with a Real Estate Developer or CA firm. Robust knowledge of real estate/project accounting, GST, TDS, Taxation, MIS, reconciliation, and finalization of accounts is required. Immediate or early joiners will be preferred.

CTC: Upto 12 LPA (max 15-20% current)

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Handle accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliation, and vendor reconciliation.
- Prepare and review monthly MIS, P&L;, balance sheet, and financial reports.
- Manage accounting for real estate projects,



construction expenses, and project-wise cost tracking.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.
- Ensure timely closure of monthly and yearly accounts.
- Monitor expenses, budgets, and project-related financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, consultants, and external auditors.
- Support management with financial analysis and accounting-related reports.
