We are seeking an experienced Planning Manager to lead project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and project controls activities for large-scale construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing project programmes, monitoring progress, managing risks, and ensuring successful project delivery in line with project timelines and client expectations.

Job Title: Planning Manager
Location: Gurgaon West, Mumbai
Experience: 11 -19 Years

Key Responsibilities:-

- Develop and maintain project master schedules using Primavera P6.
- Prepare baseline programmes, detailed schedules, and recovery plans.
- Monitor project progress and analyse critical path activities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports.
- Conduct delay analysis and recommend mitigation measures.




- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and clients.
- Manage resource planning, manpower loading, and productivity tracking.
- Support project controls, forecasting, and risk management activities.
- Lead planning reviews and programme performance evaluations.
- Guide and mentor Planning Engineers and junior team members.

Mandatory requirement: Experience on high-rise residential developments of G+40 floors or above / MHADA / SRA / Rehab.
