Job Title: HR Generalist & Founder’s Office Associate

Location: Dadar, Mumbai
Department: HR / Founder’s Office
Reports To: Founder

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Generalist & Founder’s Office Associate to manage core HR activities while supporting the Founder on strategic, administrative, and cross-functional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

HR Generalist

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and workplace concerns.
- Support performance management, appraisals, and employee development.
- Maintain HR policies and ensure statutory compliance.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Support payroll, attendance, leave, and employee benefits administration.

Founder’s Office

- Provide administrative and strategic support to the Founder.
- Coordinate with departments and ensure timely execution of key tasks.
- Manage special projects,



research, and business initiatives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and management updates.
- Organize meetings, prepare MOMs, and track action items and follow-ups.
- Support internal communication and company-wide initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Robust follow-up, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- High confidentiality, emotional intelligence, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
