We are looking for a responsible and people-oriented Assistant Centre Head Preschool & Daycare to support the smooth functioning of our centre.

Location: Kharghar, Navi Mumbai
Experience: 3 to 6 years

The role will have primary responsibility for Daycare Operations, Parent Experience, Centre Administration, and supporting Preschool & Daycare admissions and business objectives. The candidate will work closely with the Vice Principal and Centre Head to ensure quality operations and a positive experience for children and parents.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day Daycare operations, ensuring child safety, hygiene and well-being.
- Supervise daycare staff, caretakers and support staff.
- Handle parent interactions, concerns and school tours.
- Support preschool and daycare admissions,



follow-ups and occupancy targets.
- Coordinate with the Centre Head and Vice Principal for smooth centre operations.
- Ensure centre readiness, classroom requirements, inventory and documentation.
- Support events, PTMs, orientations and parent engagement activities.
