- An excellent understanding of Dataverse along with how to design, develop and secure it.
- Robust experience with:Model Driven Apps, Canvas Apps and Power Automate.
- Technical ability in Microsoft Power Platform configuration and development is essential.
- Proficiency in designing, implementing, and supporting complex Power Apps solutions.Project Management
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team of developers.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to estimate timelines and costs accurately, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Problem-Solving and Analytical

- Experience with PowerApps Portals is desirable but not essential.
- Experience across the Microsoft portfolio especially Azure Portal, AAD, M365 & MS Teams is desirable but not essential.
- Experience across the SharePoint Online, libraries, lists and security principles is desirable but not essential.
- Experience with Dataverse Plugin Development in Visual Studio and C# is desirable but not essential.
- Experience with migrating data into Dataverse is desirable.
