Position Title: Design Engineer - Electrical Panels/ Switchgear
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech/Diploma - Electrical Engineering
Location: Noida/Greater Noida

Experience: 0-3 Years

Industry: Electrical Manufacturing/ LT Panels & Switchgear

Key Responsibilities:

- Design LT panels,PCC,MCC,APFC,AMF,ATS and control panels.
- Prepare and review SLD , schematics , GA , wiring and control drawings.
- Prepare accurate BOM/MTO and component specifications.
- Perform electrical component selection and sizing.
- Design/verify busbar arrangement,protection and control circuits.
- Coordinate with Production , Purchase, Quality, Sales and Project teams.
- Resolve design-related issues during panel fabrication, asembly and testing.
- Incorporate customer comments and engineering revisions.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable IEC/IS standards and customer satisfactions.
- Support FAT , inspection and testing activities.
- Maintain design documention and revision control.




- Support design standardisation and cost/value engineering.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Lt panel and switchgear design.
- Hands-on experience with PCC/MCC/APFC/AMF/ATS panels.
- Excellent understanding of electrical schematics and control circuits.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical/EPLAN preferred.
- Knowledge of ACB, MCCB , MCB, Contractors, Relays, meters, protection devices and control components.
- Understanding of busbar sizing and panel layout.
- Knowledge of IEC 61439 / relevant IS standards preferred.
- Positive knowledge of electrical engineering calculations and documentation.
- Good coordination and problem solving skills.

Candidates should have hands-on panel design/manufacturing experience. Candidates with only site execution, MEP or building-services design experience may not be suitable.
