Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Handle land identification, verification, measurement and survey activities.
- Conduct site visits for land measurement, boundary verification and physical assessment.
- Coordinate with landowners, local representatives, Patwari, Tehsil, Revenue Department and other government authorities.
- Manage government liaisoning for land-related permissions, NOCs, approvals and documentation.
- Follow up with government departments for timely completion of applications and approvals.
- Coordinate land acquisition, leasing, registration and other land-related documentation.
- Prepare survey reports, land status reports, site measurements and related documentation.
- Maintain records of land documents, survey data, government correspondence and approval status.
- Coordinate with legal, engineering, project and management teams.
- Conduct regular site visits and provide updates on land and liaisoning activities.




- Ensure all activities are carried out as per applicable government regulations and company requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- MBA/B.tech in Civil Engineering, Surveying, Land Management or a related field.
- 0 to 3 years of relevant experience in land surveying and government liaisoning.
- Good knowledge of land measurement, boundary verification and land records.
- Experience dealing with Revenue Department, Tehsil, District Administration and local authorities.
- Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of land documentation and government procedures.
- Willingness to travel extensively to project sites and government offices.
- Candidates from Renewable Energy, CBG, Infrastructure, Construction or Industrial Projects will be preferred.
