Job Description

We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer / MEP Manager to handle MEP execution for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end MEP execution, planning, and site coordination.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Review MEP drawings, BOQs, specifications, and vendor bills.
- Ensure timely execution with required quality, safety, and cost control.
- Handle HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV works.
- Monitor contractors, project progress, materials, and manpower.
- Resolve technical/site issues and prepare progress reports.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, and project handover.

Requirements

- 8-14 years of MEP experience in real estate/construction.
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Robust knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting & ELV.
- Good project coordination, contractor management, and team leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of drawings, BOQs, billing, quality, and safety.
