Job Summary:
We are looking for an MIS Executive / Business Analyst to support the Business Development team through data management, reporting, analysis, and performance tracking. The candidate will be responsible for preparing MIS reports, analyzing business data, maintaining dashboards, and providing actionable insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and business performance reports.
- Collect, consolidate, validate, and maintain business data from multiple sources.
- Analyze sales, revenue, customer, and operational data to identify trends and gaps.
- Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards, trackers, and management reports.
- Monitor key business and performance metrics and highlight deviations.
- Coordinate with Business Development and other teams to collect required data.
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of MIS reports.
- Support management with data analysis for business planning and decision-making.




- Maintain proper documentation and records of reports and data.
- Identify opportunities for improving reporting and data management processes.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of MIS reporting and dashboard preparation.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets and meet reporting deadlines.

Education:
Graduate degree in B.Com, BBA, BCA, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field. Candidates with additional certification in Excel, MIS, or Business Analytics will be preferred.

Experience:
Relevant experience in MIS, Business Analysis, Reporting, Sales Operations, or Business Development support will be preferred.
