Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in IT Project Management to lead and deliver complex data solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and experience with Databricks, Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, or Lakehouse implementations. This role requires a proactive leader who can take full ownership of project execution, ensuring successful delivery while maintaining strong customer centricity.

Responsibilities:

- Take full ownership of project execution, including planning, execution, delivery, and monitoring results with minimal supervision.
- Coordinate with Data Engineering, Data Architecture, Business Intelligence (BI), and Cloud teams to ensure successful implementation of projects.
- Define and maintain all project plan documents related to scope, budget, schedule, and risk management.
- Monitor each stage of project implementation to ensure adherence to best practices in cost control, resource efficiency, and risk management.
- Understand customer needs and translate them into actionable solutions, ensuring strong customer engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate clearly and effectively across all levels of the organization, ensuring transparency on progress, risks, decisions, and requests.




- Escalate critical risks and issues in a timely manner to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with the business Quality Management System (QMS) and organizational governance standards while maintaining execution agility.
- Monitor and control project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, costs, expenses, and cash flow.
- Drive the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer.

Mandatory Skills:

- 12-15 years of experience in IT Project Management.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum Framework, or hybrid methodologies.
- Experience delivering Azure Databricks, AWS Data Lake, Data Warehouse, or Lakehouse implementations.
- Robust understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure Cloud and AWS.
- Knowledge of Data Engineering concepts, ETL/ELT, data governance, and analytics solutions.

Preferred Skills:

- PMP certification, Prince 2, or CSM (Certified Scrum Master) certification.
- Exposure to Agentic SDLC approaches using MS copilot 365.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale IT projects successfully.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
