We are hiring for Sr. Accountant (CA Inter) manages complex daily accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance (GST, TDS), and audits and finalizing annual accounts, conducting ledger scrutiny, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Core Responsibilities

- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, MIS reports, and perform variance analysis against budgets.
- Statutory Compliance: Handle the full cycle of direct and indirect taxation, including preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns.
- Finalization & Reconciliations: Conduct end-to-end finalization of accounts, ledger scrutiny, rectification of errors, and bank reconciliation statements.
- Audits: Support internal, statutory, and tax audits by preparing schedules, handling queries,



and providing necessary documentation.
- Daily Accounting: Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), cash flow management.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Qualification: CA Intermediate (IPCC/Intermediate cleared) is mandatory, typically accompanied by a B.Com or M.Com degree.
- Experience: Generally requires 3 to 8+ years of experience in an Indian CA firm or corporate finance department.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software like Tally Prime/ERP 9.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS/AS), GST provisions, and Income Tax rules.
